On August 30, 2024, Kugluktuk RCMP obtained a warrant to arrest from the Nunavut Court of Justice for David Kuliktana for the following Criminal Code offences:
- Section 271 – Sexual Assault;
- Section 267 (c) – Assault by choking;
- Section 267 – Assault causing bodily harm;
- Section 266 – Assault;
- Section 279(2) – Forcible Confinement;
- Section 264.1(1)(a) – Uttering Threats;
- Section 423(1)(a) – Intimidation to abstain from reporting;
- Section 733.1(1) – Fail to comply with Probation Order
Name: David Kuliktana

- Height: 175 cms (5’8″)
- Weight: 70 kgs (155 lbs)

- Eyes: Brown
Information received by Kugluktuk RCMP indicates that individuals may be assisting Kuliktana to evade police. Individuals found to be assisting Kuliktana could be considered parties to the offence and, as such, may be charged with the offences listed above.
The matter currently remains under investigation.
