Brandi M. Whitford, 28, of Jamestown, NY, who was convicted of maintaining a drug-involved premises, has been sentenced to time served and three years’ probation by U.S. District Judge Lawrence J. Vilardo.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Joshua A. Violanti, who handled the case, stated that between September 2019 and October 23, 2019, Whitford and co-defendant Richard E. Kinsey Jr. used a residence on Newland Avenue in Jamestown to manufacture, distribute, and use methamphetamine.
On September 6, 2019, investigators executed a search warrant at the residence, recovering three firearms.
A fourth firearm was thrown from the residence during the execution of the search warrant. Investigators also recovered methamphetamine, approximately $12,045 in cash, assorted ammunition, and drug paraphernalia.
Co-defendant Richard Kinsey was previously convicted.
